About Me
I offer evidence-based integrative psychotherapy for adults and young adults. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the evaluation and treatment of traumatic stress, anxiety, and depressive disorders. I have particular interest in working with young adults struggling in their relationships, facing identity challenges, and working through existential difficulties.
My work with patients is informed by years of clinical practice across diverse hospital, VA, counseling center, and clinic settings. I have advanced training in a range of well-researched approaches to therapy, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression, prolonged exposure (PE) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
I also have significant experience conducting psychological research and diagnostic, personality, and intelligence testing. I am available for extended evaluations for PTSD and other assessment needs.
My Approach
My doctoral training in clinical psychology provided me with expertise in identifying interpersonal and behavioral patterns and implementing science-backed solutions to complex human experiences. I use these skills in my clinical and consulting work to help you transform your own personal ideas and goals into measurable change.
My approach to therapy is active, interactive, and tailored to meet each individual’s specific treatment needs and personal goals. I thoughtfully integrate my expertise in CBT and psychodynamic therapy to help my clients create full and meaningful lives in line with their personal values.
I draw from attachment theory and existential therapy approaches to help individuals overcome obstacles to a sense of fulfillment and purpose in their daily lives.
Training & Experience
I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Fordham University in 2019, following a full-time pre-doctoral internship at NY-Harbor VA Healthcare System (Manhattan Campus). I went on to complete year-long postdoctoral fellowship at the NYU Military Family Center in 2020.

Outside my private practice, I have taught as Adjunct Faculty at the Doctoral Program in Counseling Psychology in the Department of Applied Psychology at New York University, and served as a clinical supervisor as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at the Ferkauf School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. I am currently the Director of Wellness and Resilience at the NYC-based consulting firm WorkHaven.
